Our process is very simple.

-Next we will email an estimate based upon current material costs, zoning/permit costs and estimated labor.

-The next step is to sign a contract and begin your home transformation!

-Upon completion of the project and passing any township inspections, we will walk through everything with you to make sure it meets your satisfaction.

-Lastly, enjoy the comfort of your newly updated home!

What does this mean?

The old question, “Did you eat lead paint as a child?” is no longer a question to be taken lightly.

Research has shown the existence of lead in your body can affect almost every organ in the body.

Children under the age of six, including expecting mothers are at the most risk for future health problems.

The EPA has enacted strict regulations regarding houses built prior to 1978 due to the possible existence of lead in the paint.

We have completed the in class instruction on how to work on these houses making it safe for your family.

Any houses built prior to 1978 can be tested for lead in the paint, and properly renovated following the EPA’s RRP guidelines.
